Baseline is a home for the craft — and the people who love it enough to keep showing up.

We exist for dedicated, pre-label independent artists in NYC. Bands and musicians who show up often, care deeply, and value craft, community, and shared momentum over hype and algorithms.

This isn't about vibes. It's about commitment. Baseline is inclusive, welcoming, and accessible — but commitment is the filter, not status.

What we believe

  • The room makes you better. Everything else amplifies what the room built.
  • No pay-to-play. No forced memberships. No selling access.
